- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
- To file a claim, email us with:
- A clear unboxing video showing the defect.
- Photos of the product and its original packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Size/Preference):
- Items can be returned if requested within 5 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Reverse Pickup Charges: These are the same as forward shipping charges and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item passes a quality check.
